How do I exchange foreign currency for US dollars?

Additionally, i have a bill for 10 british pounds from a while back. Is there anything i can do with these?
Take them to a national presence bank, like chase or bank of america. They’ll buy them, but it will be stick em up prices. It’s not difficult to convert, it’s difficult to receive a fair conversion rate.
