Which is/are the best slide guitars for playing blues?
I am starting slide guitar and really I would liek to play Eric clapton style. I would appreciate some advice because honestly there are to many manufacturers. I want to play it through an amplifier and I wounde rif I should buy an electro acoustic? Or is it better to do it my self (I understand there are special pick-ups) Any advice what so ever would be appreciated.

Unless you are talking about a lap steel (and I don’t think you are) …. any electric guitar will do …
But you will probably want one WITHOUT a tremolo system.
Raise the action a little higher and use a slightly heavier gauge of string.
I have an old gibson ES-135 that I am just wild about - I have had it set up for slide playing for years - that and the ol’ dobro I bought about 20 years ago (here’s a cid where I’m playing it):

as long as the guitar is suitable for, or adaptable for playing with a slide then any guitar will do.
Admittedly I use acoustic guitars that are converted for electric use if needed and my steel Dobro plays as well as an ancient, beat up wooden guitar (maker unknown) that cost me (second hand) £5 from a car boot sale.
Spend the most money you can, make sure the strings are flat across the neck so that a slide makes all the strings play on the fret you want them to play on, it has a high enough action for slide but low enough to be able to fret notes and that you are using slightly heavy strings. I play acoustic as I have said and I use 16s, but I don’t think you’ll need those on an electric.
Also, decide what tuning you want to use.
Style and type of guitar is a personal thing, but make sure that you try the guitar properly before you buy. That means with the tuning(s) that you will be playing in.
Find a shop that knows about these things.

The advice in the answer above about flat strings is not good. For Clapton style slide, you use the camber of the strings to make sure that you only play 1, 2 or 3 strings at once. In standard tuning, strings 2,3 & 4 give you a major chord, and 1, 2 & 3 a minor.
Clapton usually plays electric slide on a Stratocaster. So long as you don’t have a very low action and very light strings, any electric guitar will play slide. Dobros are best for acoustic slide, though.
