Just go to any bank that has a foreign currency unit or department and ask them to convert your euro to us dollar. One thing you should note though is that foreign currency exchange do fluctuate by the minute. An example is at 0:05.01 (GMT +0100) of 04 December 2009, 1 Euro is equivalent to 1.5048 US dollars.

Most larger banks will still exchange your money with out an account, they do charge you a fee. Most airports that service international flights will also exchange your money. Also casinos will exchange your money.
